Chair of Theory of Economics of ASUE was established in 1975.

The subject is taught in all departments for students of 1^st and 2^nd years.  They are taught categories and laws of Theory of Economics, principles of methods of researches of economics and economic systems and modifications of the institutes.

Manuals

Within previous years by the Faculty of the Chair were published methodological manuals, three educational manuals of Theory of Economics in Armenian.
