Department of Management

The Department of Management of Armenian State University of Economics was established in 1979 on the basis of Department of Branch Economics. It was called Labor Economics and Organization and was renamed Department of Management only when the specialty International Economic Relations was moved to the Department of Economic Regulation and International Economic Relations. 

Currently the courses are organized both full-time and part-time. Duration of studies of full-time Bachelor’s program is 4 years and full-time Master’s program- 2, part-time Bachelor’s program is 5, and part-time Master’s - 2, 5 years.

For the Bachelor’s full-time program the specializations are as follows: 

1.   Management,

2.   Public and Municipal Management,

3.   Crisis Management,

4.   Tourism Management,

5.   Economics and Management of Enterprises

6.   Labor Economics.

Since 2016/17 academic year admission of  part-time studies is organized in “Management” specialty only. Since 3rd  year  students are specialized in corresponding specialties.

Since 2016/17 academic year “Service”  specialty has been invested in addition to the  mentioned specialties.

For the Master’s program specializations are as follows:
