THE COUNCIL OF THE STATE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION
“ARMENIANSTATEUNIVERSITYOF ECONOMICS”
ASUE Council performs the following functions:
a) elects the President of the Council (the latter is not staff employee) to preside over regular sessions and to watch the execution of the instructions resulting from the sessions of the Council in the time period between the sessions,
b) endorses its schedule,
c) organizes the elections of the Rector or the Head of the University Affiliate in compliance with the RA Law,
d) asserts the University development strategy presented by the Rector,
e) deliberates and asserts the University budget,
f) hears and assesses the Rector’s report on the University’s annual activity,
g) discusses and asserts the Structure of the University
h) submits motions to the Founder concerning the University Charter and on making reforms and amendments aimed at the Charter improvement
